Program effective September 8, 2011. Seed must be purchased after program start date. Crop protection (herbicides, fungicides and insecticides) must be purchased after November 1, 2011. Seed treatment is considered part of the seed purchase. Seed and crop protection purchases are net of returns. Purchases can be made in cash or credit. Canola grain contracts must be made from September 8, 2011 up to and including August 31, 2012. Rebates for qualifying customers will be made in September 2012.
